First launch

Polynomic is not yet signed with an Apple Developer certificate, so macOS will warn that it “cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified” on first launch. To open it:

  1. Open the downloaded .dmg and drag Polynomic into Applications.
  2. In Applications, right-click (or Control-click) Polynomic and choose Open.
  3. Click Open in the dialog. macOS remembers this for future launches.

Running the AppImage

After downloading the AppImage:

  1. Make the file executable: chmod +x Polynomic*.AppImage
  2. Run it: ./Polynomic*.AppImage
